and when I saw your question I had a quick look and you can get the replies in your main inbox by going on the outlook app, selecting groups from your folders I was having the same same problem with the contact list and recently tried using groups instead. I get nervous though because as far as I understand, if somebody writes back it goes to the group inbox, and not your My best guess is that they're pushing us to use the Groups feature, which allows you to message a group of contacts from the mobile app. I can set up a contact list from the browser version of Outlook or the desktop app, and I can only send to a contact list from those places.
